Holster and pouches
A hard holster keeps its shape, which helps protect the pistol and makes drawing and re-holstering smoother than with a soft fabric holster. Before your first game, practise drawing and re-holstering slowly in the safe zone so your hand learns exactly where the grip sits.
Fit and set-up
The platform hangs from your belt and is held to the thigh with leg straps. As this is the long version, it sits lower than a standard drop-leg rig, which can help it clear body armour, a belt kit or a long-cut jacket. Adjust it so your hand meets the pistol grip naturally when your arm hangs by your side, and tighten the leg straps enough that the platform does not bounce when you run.

Compatibility
Made for 1911-pattern pistols. Holsters are shaped to particular frames, so compare your replica with the product photos before ordering; a pistol fitted with a light, laser, compensator or red dot may not fit. Check that your spare magazines suit the pouch size too.
Care and maintenance
Brush mud and grit out of the holster and pouches after each game, as dirt trapped inside a hard holster can mark your pistol. Let the platform and straps air-dry naturally if they get wet.
Check the retention, belt attachment and leg straps from time to time and tighten or replace anything that has worn. Take gas magazines out of the pouches after games and store them with a little gas in them to keep the seals seated.
