Description
Colt 1911 A1 CO2 Blowback Pistol (Silver – 180144)
The Colt 1911 A1 CO2 Blowback Pistol is an officially licensed Cybergun replica of the classic Colt service pistol, finished here in brushed silver. Full metal construction gives it a solid, weighty feel, and the CO2 blowback system delivers a sharp, satisfying recoil with every shot.
John Browning’s 1911 design served the US military for most of the twentieth century and remains one of the most popular pistols ever made. This version combines the traditional A1 profile and controls with a striking silver finish that makes it equally at home in a display cabinet or a drop-leg holster.
Build and materials
The pistol is full metal, which gives it a reassuring weight of around 764g and a rigid, creak-free feel. It measures around 230mm long, true to the size of a full-size Government-pattern 1911. It can be stripped and reassembled much like the real pistol, which makes cleaning and maintenance straightforward and is a nice touch for collectors.
Performance
CO2 is carried in the magazine, and its higher pressure gives a crisp, aggressive blowback action as the slide cycles. Unlike green gas, CO2 keeps its performance in cooler weather, making this a dependable sidearm throughout the UK year. The magazine holds 15 BBs, and the hop-up is adjustable so you can tune it for the BB weight you prefer.
Handling
The 1911’s slim single-stack grip, short trigger reach and familiar grip and thumb safeties are a big part of why so many shooters love it. The traditional layout makes it a good fit for historical impressions as well as general skirmishing, and the silver finish gives it real presence.

Compatibility
Uses Cybergun Colt 1911 CO2 magazines; magazines for green gas 1911s and other brands’ CO2 1911s are not necessarily interchangeable, so check before buying spares. Takes standard 12g CO2 capsules and 6mm BBs, and fits most holsters made for full-size Government-pattern 1911s.
Care and maintenance
Always remove the CO2 capsule from the magazine at the end of a day’s play rather than leaving it pierced and under pressure, as this puts constant strain on the seals. Put a drop of silicone oil on the tip of each new capsule before fitting it to keep the piercing seal supple. Keep the outside of the pistol clean and lightly lubricated with silicone oil, run a cleaning rod with a soft patch through the inner barrel occasionally, and use good quality seamless 6mm BBs to protect the barrel and hop-up rubber. CO2 pistols are hard-working, so check slide and frame parts for wear from time to time, and store the pistol somewhere dry.
Who is it for?
1911 enthusiasts, collectors who want a full metal licensed replica with an eye-catching finish, and players looking for a dependable year-round CO2 sidearm.
