Creeper Concepts 17 Series HPA M4 Adapter Gen2
The Creeper Concepts 17 Series HPA M4 Adapter Gen2 is a conversion that lets a 17 series (Glock-pattern) gas blowback pistol run on compressed air (HPA) while feeding from an M4-style magazine. It fits into the pistol’s magazine well in place of the green gas magazine, is fed by a regulated HPA line, and takes an M4 magazine underneath for its BB supply.
Creeper Concepts has built a strong reputation in speedsoft and competition circles for its HPA magazine adapters, and the Gen2 is its updated version. A 17 series pistol running on HPA and M4 magazines is a compact, light and very consistent setup, popular as a primary for speedsoft and as a back-up for HPA rifle users.
Why run a pistol on HPA
Green gas is strongly affected by temperature, and on a cold British morning a gas pistol can lose power and blowback quickly. HPA comes from a tank through a regulator, so the pistol receives the same pressure every shot, whatever the weather. Once you own a tank, the running costs are also lower than buying gas.
The M4 magazine feed gives a big increase in capacity over a pistol magazine and makes reloading quick and natural for anyone who already uses an M4 primary. You can use the same magazines in both guns.
How it works
The adapter slides into the grip like a normal magazine. An HPA line from your tank and regulator connects to the adapter, which supplies air to the pistol’s valve, and an M4 magazine plugs in underneath to supply the BBs. The pistol then fires and cycles on air.

Compatibility
Designed for 17 series gas blowback pistols. Magazine dimensions can differ between brands of 17 series replica, so check that your pistol uses the common 17 series magazine pattern before ordering. You will need an HPA tank, a regulator suitable for pistol pressures and an air line with a fitting to suit the adapter; Creeper Concepts adapters have been offered with different line fittings, so please check the photos or ask us which this one uses.
Care and maintenance
Always de-gas the line and remove the adapter before stripping or adjusting the pistol. Keep the O-rings and fittings clean and give them an occasional drop of silicone oil. Check for leaks before each game and start with a low regulator pressure, increasing it gradually while checking with a chronograph so you stay within site limits.
