Description

Cyma AR47 M-Lok (Nylon Fibre – Mosfet/QD Spring – Inc. Bat. & Charger – CM650B)

The Cyma CM650B is an AR47-style electric rifle: it combines the ergonomics of an M4 with an AK-style magazine well, so it takes AK-pattern magazines. This version has an M-LOK handguard and a nylon fibre body, and it is fitted with a MOSFET and a quick-change (QD) spring system. A battery and charger are included, so it is ready to play once charged.

The AR47 concept appeals to players who love the M4 layout but prefer the look, feel and wide availability of AK magazines, and to anyone already running AK-pattern rifles who wants their magazines to work across more than one gun. Cyma is one of the best-known makers of affordable, robust AEGs, and the CM650B is a sensible, good-value way to try the platform.

Build and ergonomics

The nylon fibre body keeps the weight down and resists knocks well, while the M4-style pistol grip, stock and controls will feel instantly familiar to anyone who has used an AR. The M-LOK handguard lets you attach only the rail sections and accessories you need, keeping the front end slim and comfortable to hold.

Up front, the AK-style magazine well accepts AK-pattern magazines, which rock into place in the traditional AK manner. It is a distinctive combination that stands out on the field and gives you access to a huge range of affordable spare magazines.

MOSFET and quick-change spring

The MOSFET handles the electrical current in place of the trigger contacts, which protects them from wear and gives a crisper trigger response, particularly with LiPo batteries. The QD spring system lets a technician change the main spring without fully stripping the gearbox, which is useful if you need to tune the rifle to a site’s limits or try a different set-up.

Getting started

Charge your battery on a proper charger and fit it following the manual. Load a magazine and test-fire at a safe backstop, starting with the hop-up off and bringing it up gradually until shots fly flat. A few minutes of zeroing at the range makes a big difference to your confidence on the field.

Practise magazine changes and battery swaps at home, and get the rifle chronographed at the site before your first game.

Compatibility

Designed for AK47-style AEG magazines, which are widely available as mid-caps and hi-caps; AK74-style magazines may also seat but can fit more loosely, so try a spare before relying on it. The M-LOK handguard takes M-LOK rail sections and accessories. If you buy a spare battery, check it fits the rifle’s battery space and uses the same connector as the supplied pack, and charge LiPos only on a suitable charger.

Care and maintenance

Take the battery out after every game and store it away from the rifle, and charge LiPo batteries only on a proper balance charger under supervision. Clean the inner barrel with a cleaning rod and a dry cloth patch every few games, as dirt and broken BB fragments are the main causes of flyers. Stick to good quality seamless BBs of a consistent weight.

Check screws, the flash hider and any mounts before each game day, and store the rifle somewhere dry. Leave the hop-up at a light setting in storage, and if the rifle has an electronic trigger unit, a fully charged battery helps it read the trigger cleanly.

Who is it for?

The CM650B suits players who like M4 handling but want to use AK magazines, AK owners who want magazine compatibility across their kit, and anyone looking for an affordable, distinctive rifle that is ready to play out of the box.

Please note: The battery and charger are included; BBs are not. Always wear suitable eye and face protection and check the rules at your site before play.
