Description
Lancer Tactical Ultra Compact 22mm Mini Red Dot Black
This Lancer Tactical mini red dot is an ultra compact reflex sight in black, listed with a 22mm size. Small red dots like this are a popular choice for pistols and compact rifles, where a full-size optic would be too bulky, and they make it quick and natural to put shots on target.
A red dot lets you keep both eyes open and focus on the target while the dot appears on it, so there is no need to line up front and rear sights. That makes target pick-up faster, especially at the close and medium ranges common in airsoft.
Using a mini red dot
Mount the sight firmly on a suitable rail or mount, close enough to your eye that you can see the whole window with your head in a natural position. Set the brightness so the dot is clear against the background without blooming, and turn the sight off after use to save the battery.
To zero an optic, rest the replica on a stable support at a typical game distance and fire a few groups at a target. Adjust the windage and elevation in small steps until the group sits where the dot is, then check the mount is still tight.
