Description
Cyma CM032 M14 AEG (Long – Black – CM032BK)
The Cyma CM032 is an electric airsoft rifle based on the M14, the long American battle rifle with a full-length stock and classic lines. This is the long, black version (CM032BK). It keeps the proportions and handling of a traditional rifle while running on a battery-powered gearbox, so it is simple to use and cheap to run.
Cyma is one of the best-known makers of affordable, robust AEGs, and the CM032 is a popular way into the M14 platform. Its long barrel and steady hold suit woodland games and designated marksman roles, and it is also a natural choice for players who simply prefer a classic-looking rifle to a modern carbine.
Build and handling
The CM032 is built from ABS and aluminium, giving a full-size rifle that is still manageable to carry. At approximately 1130mm long and around 3.27kg, it has the length and weight that make the M14 steady to aim, particularly from a rest or when taking deliberate semi-auto shots.
The battery fits in the stock, keeping the rifle’s lines clean. The full-length stock gives a natural shoulder position and a consistent cheek weld, which helps you place shots accurately.
Internals and performance
Inside is a Version 7 gearbox with reinforced steel gears, metal bearings and a directional piston head. The long 570mm inner barrel, with a 6.03mm bore, gives the rifle good potential for consistent, accurate shots once the hop-up is set.
The hop-up is adjustable and is reached via the magazine well. A 400-round high-capacity magazine is supplied, so you can stay in the game for longer between reloads.
Getting started
Fully charge a suitable battery before first use, then fit it as described in the manual and connect it carefully. Load a magazine, wind it if it is a high-capacity type, and start with the hop-up turned off. Fire a few shots at a safe target and add hop a little at a time until the BBs fly flat without rising at the end of their flight.
Have the rifle chronographed at your site before you play, and keep a note of the hop setting that suits your favourite BB weight so you can return to it quickly.

Compatibility
The CM032 takes M14-pattern AEG magazines; most M14 AEG magazines from major makers will fit, but always check before buying. The battery connector is a small (mini) Tamiya, and the battery goes in the stock, so choose a stick-type NiMH (8.4V to 9.6V) or a LiPo that fits the stock space. If you use LiPo batteries, a MOSFET is a worthwhile upgrade. Gearbox parts must be Version 7 specific.
Care and maintenance
Remove the battery whenever you are not using the rifle, and never leave a LiPo charging unattended. Run a cleaning rod with a clean patch through the inner barrel regularly to keep accuracy consistent, and only use clean, seamless BBs of a decent brand.
After muddy or wet games, wipe the outside down and let the rifle dry naturally before casing it. Check that rails, accessories and the stock are tight, and have any gearbox work carried out by an experienced technician.
Who is it for?
For woodland players and would-be marksmen who want a classic full-size rifle that is easy to run and maintain, and for anyone who wants a traditional M14 in black.
Please note: A battery and charger are not included. Always wear suitable eye protection when using airsoft replicas.
