The Cyma CM516 is a tan M4 carbine from Cyma’s Sports Line, styled with a URX III-style railed handguard. The Sports Line is Cyma’s budget range, using a light polymer body to keep cost and weight down, while a reinforced metal gearbox inside keeps the rifle dependable through regular use.

Build and handling
The receiver is ABS polymer and the URX III-style handguard is polymer with rail sections for a torch, laser or grip, with a metal outer barrel. A top rail gives room for a red dot or scope, folding iron sights are fitted as backups, and a six-position Crane-style stock lets you set the length of pull.
The light build makes the CM516 easy to carry all day and quick to bring on target, and the M4 controls are simple to learn: selector by your thumb, quick magazine changes and a familiar grip.
Performance and internals
Inside is a reinforced metal gearbox with steel gears, 8mm slide bearings, an M125 spring and a metal spring guide with bearing. A one-piece metal hop-up chamber and a 6.08mm inner barrel help consistency, and the hop-up is adjustable to your BB weight.
Because it follows the standard M4 layout, the CM516 can be upgraded step by step, from a better hop-up rubber to a new motor or tighter barrel. The 300-round magazine holds plenty of BBs between reloads.
Getting started
Before your first game, charge your battery fully on a suitable charger, fit it and check the rifle fires on safe, semi and auto as expected. Set the hop-up from zero, adding a little at a time until the BB holds a straight, flat line, and then check where it lands at the distances you usually shoot.
Your site will chronograph the rifle before play. Spend a few minutes learning how to change the battery and clear a jam so you are not doing it for the first time mid-game.

Care and maintenance
Remove the battery whenever you are not using the rifle, and never leave a LiPo charging unattended. Run a cleaning rod with a clean patch through the inner barrel regularly to keep accuracy consistent, and only use clean, seamless BBs of a decent brand.
After muddy or wet games, wipe the outside down and let the rifle dry naturally before casing it. Check that rails, accessories and the stock are tight, and have any gearbox work carried out by an experienced technician.
