Description
Cyma M1014 Tri-Barrel Shotgun (Fixed Stock, Black, CM370)
The Cyma CM370 is a spring-powered airsoft shotgun styled on the M1014, the military version of a modern semi-automatic combat shotgun. Instead of a single BB, it fires three BBs with every pull of the trigger from its tri-barrel system, giving you a spread that is ideal for close-range fighting in buildings, trenches and dense woodland. This version has a fixed stock and a matt black finish.
Airsoft shotguns are among the most enjoyable replicas to use. Every shot is deliberate: rack the pump, aim and fire. There are no batteries to charge and no gas to buy, so the shotgun works the same on a frosty winter morning as it does on a hot summer afternoon. Cyma is known for robust, affordable replicas, and its M1014 range is a popular way into shotgun play without a big outlay.
How it works
The CM370 is spring powered and pump operated. Each stroke of the pump cocks the spring and chambers three BBs, one for each inner barrel. Pull the trigger and all three leave at once, giving a small spread that makes it easier to land hits on fast-moving targets at short range. After each shot, rack the pump again to reload.
BBs are fed from Tokyo Marui-style 30-round shotgun shells, which act like short magazines. Fill the shells before the game, carry spares in a shell holder or pouch, and you can reload quickly by swapping shells. Because each shot uses three BBs, a shell lasts ten shots.
Build and handling
The exterior is injection-moulded polymer around a reinforced internal structure, which keeps the shotgun light and easy to carry; it weighs only about 3lb, so it is comfortable for younger and smaller players too. The fixed stock gives a solid, consistent cheek and shoulder position for every shot, with no moving parts to rattle or come loose. It is a simple, robust setup that suits players who want the classic shotgun shape.
The M1014 shape is well balanced, and the pump sits naturally in the support hand. Practise working the pump smoothly from the shoulder so you can keep your eyes on the target between shots: a full, firm stroke every time is the key to reliable feeding.
In the game
Shotguns come into their own in CQB, building clearances and close woodland, where a spread of three BBs helps you win quick exchanges. Many players also carry one as a fun, characterful alternative to an AEG. Spring power is also handy at sites that are strict about power, because the shotgun is consistent from shot to shot.

Compatibility
Takes Tokyo Marui-style 30-round airsoft shotgun shells, which are widely available, so it is easy to build up a stock of spares. Use standard 6mm BBs; 0.20g or 0.25g BBs are a sensible choice for a spring shotgun. Shell holders that fit standard Tokyo Marui-type shells will carry the spares.
Care and maintenance
Spring shotguns are mechanically simple and very reliable, but they benefit from regular care. After each game, empty the shells and wipe the shotgun down to remove dirt and moisture; if it has been out in the rain, let it dry at room temperature before putting it away. Run a cleaning rod with a dry patch through each of the barrels every few games, as a clean barrel and hop-up are the key to tight, consistent groups.
Store the shotgun uncocked so the main spring is not left compressed, and keep it in a padded bag or case. Use good quality, seamless 6mm BBs, and keep the shells clean and free of grit, which can cause feeding problems. A tiny amount of silicone grease on moving parts during servicing keeps the pump action smooth; avoid petroleum-based oils.
Who is it for?
This shotgun is for CQB and woodland players who want a fun, battery-free close-range replica, beginners looking for a simple and affordable first gun, and anyone who wants a characterful secondary to carry alongside their main rifle.
Please note: BBs are sold separately; spare shells are available separately. Always wear suitable eye and face protection and check the rules at your site before play.
