How a gas blowback pistol works
A gas blowback (GBB) pistol stores gas in the magazine. When you pull the trigger, part of the gas sends the BB down the barrel and the rest drives the slide back, which cocks the hammer and chambers the next round. That moving slide gives a crisp kick in the hand and makes drills, reloads and malfunction practice feel much closer to the real thing. Like all gas replicas, performance drops as the magazine cools, so on cold days keep spare magazines in an inside pocket and allow a moment between strings of shots.

Compatibility
Gas magazines for 34-pattern pistols are not always interchangeable between makers, so please buy spares listed for Double Bell pistols of this series, or ask us before ordering. Use a holster made for long-slide 34-pattern pistols. Fill with good quality airsoft gas as recommended in the manual and use seamless 6mm BBs.
Care and maintenance
Put a drop of silicone oil on the magazine’s fill valve and seals every few fills, and store magazines with a little gas in them so the seals stay seated. Do not overfill, and in cold weather let magazines warm up to room temperature rather than heating them.
Wipe the moving parts and outer barrel with a thin film of silicone oil now and then, clean the inner barrel with a rod and patch, and use good quality seamless BBs. Never use petroleum-based oils on the seals, and keep the pistol and magazines away from heat and direct sunlight.
