Description
Double Eagle M906B M4 M-Lok with Falcon Fire Control System (Full Metal – Black – M906B)
The Double Eagle M906B is a full metal M4-style electric rifle with an M-LOK handguard and Double Eagle’s Falcon electronic fire control system. It belongs to Double Eagle’s M90x series of modern AR-pattern AEGs, which share the same core build in different lengths, and is finished in black.
Double Eagle has become a popular choice for players who want modern features at a sensible price. The M906B pairs a metal body with a programmable MOSFET, so you get crisp trigger response, battery protection and settings such as burst and binary fire, all without buying an extra unit. It suits newer players looking for a capable first rifle and experienced players after a well-equipped, affordable M4.
Falcon fire control system
The Falcon system is a programmable MOSFET built into the gearbox. Settings are changed through the trigger and fire selector, so no programming card or app is needed. Double Eagle lists burst fire of one to five shots per pull applied to the full-auto position, binary fire (one shot on pull, one on release) on semi, and three levels of trigger sensitivity.
The system also includes a low-voltage cut-off and protection that cuts power if it detects abnormal current or voltage, signalled by the motor vibrating. It is designed for LiPo batteries only; LiFe and NiMH packs are not compatible. Holding the trigger for five seconds resets it to default.
Build and internals
Across the M90x series Double Eagle uses an alloy receiver, buffer tube and outer barrel with a CNC aluminium M-LOK handguard, steel controls and a polymer pistol grip and stock. Inside is a split V2-spec gearbox with a quick-change spring, steel gears on 8mm bearings and a high-torque motor, wired to the rear. The rotary hop-up sits behind the mock bolt and is reached by locking the charging handle back.
The quick-change spring is a real advantage in the UK, where sites set different limits for CQB and outdoor games, as the spring can be swapped without opening the gearbox.
Handling and customisation
The M-LOK handguard is slim and comfortable to hold, with slots for grips, lights and lasers and a 20mm rail on top for optics. A TS2-style sliding stock on a six-position buffer tube lets you set the length of pull to suit your build and your kit. The muzzle carries a standard 14mm CCW thread for a suppressor or tracer.
Because it follows the M4 pattern, there is a huge choice of compatible external accessories.
Getting started
Before your first game, charge your battery fully on a suitable charger, fit it and check the rifle fires on safe, semi and auto as expected. Set the hop-up from zero, adding a little at a time until the BB holds a straight, flat line, and then check where it lands at the distances you usually shoot.
Your site will chronograph the rifle before play. Spend a few minutes learning how to change the battery and clear a jam so you are not doing it for the first time mid-game.

Compatibility
Takes standard M4/M16 AEG magazines; Double Eagle’s own magazines are the safest choice, though most good quality M4 AEG mid-caps and hi-caps should fit. Use a LiPo battery that fits in the buffer tube and stock, as LiFe and NiMH packs are not supported by the Falcon unit. External M4 accessories such as M-LOK grips, optics and 14mm CCW muzzle devices fit as normal.
Care and maintenance
Remove the battery whenever you are not using the rifle, and never leave a LiPo charging unattended. Run a cleaning rod with a clean patch through the inner barrel regularly to keep accuracy consistent, and only use clean, seamless BBs of a decent brand.
After muddy or wet games, wipe the outside down and let the rifle dry naturally before casing it. Check that rails, accessories and the stock are tight, and have any gearbox work carried out by an experienced technician.
Who is it for?
Players who want a full metal M4 with a built-in programmable MOSFET at an affordable price, from first-time rifle owners to experienced players after a reliable primary.
Please note: A battery and charger are not listed as included, so you will need a suitable LiPo battery and charger. Always wear suitable eye and face protection.
