Description
Element Airsoft Helmet Light System (Gen2) (Black)
The Element Airsoft Helmet Light System (Gen2) is a compact light designed to be worn on a tactical helmet, finished in black. A helmet light keeps your hands free for your replica, maps and radio, and puts light wherever you look, which makes it one of the most practical pieces of kit for night games, indoor sites and setting up camp after dark.
Element is a well-known maker of airsoft lights and electronics. This second-generation helmet light suits players who play night games or long weekend events, and anyone with a FAST-style or rail-equipped helmet who wants a neat, purpose-made light.
Using a helmet light
Fit the light to the side of your helmet so it does not block your goggles or interfere with a headset. Check the product images for the mounting method and controls on this version; many helmet lights attach to the side rails found on FAST-style helmets.
Use the light sparingly in games, as a constant beam gives your position away. It is especially useful for reading maps, checking kit, moving safely between areas and finding your way back to the safe zone at the end of a night game.
Battery and setup
Check the product details or packaging for the battery type before your first game, and fit a fresh battery so you are not caught out mid-game. Practise operating the switch with gloves on so you can find it quickly in the dark.

Compatibility
Intended for tactical helmets. Check the mount shown in the product images against your helmet, as some helmets need rail adapters, and check the light sits clear of your goggles and headset.
Care and maintenance
Remove the battery if you will not use the light for a while, as old batteries can leak and damage the contacts. Keep the lens clean with a soft, dry cloth, and wipe off mud and moisture after use, letting the unit dry before you store it.
Check the mount and any screws before each game, as knocks and movement can loosen them, and store the light somewhere it will not be crushed in your kit bag.
Who is it for?
This light suits players who play at night or at weekend events and want a hands-free light that sits neatly on their helmet.
Please note: Helmet and batteries are not included unless shown in the product images. Never shine a light directly into another player’s eyes at close range.
