Rather than copying a classic wheel gun, the H8R has its own futuristic, angular styling, and this version is finished in blue for a look that really stands out.

How it works
The H8R is powered by a standard 12g CO2 capsule housed in the grip. BBs are loaded into disk magazines that sit in the cylinder; each trigger pull rotates the disk and fires the chambered round, and you release the trigger to reset for the next shot. Because it is a non-blowback design, it is very efficient with gas and you get plenty of shots from each capsule. An adjustable hop-up, set with a rotary adjuster, lets you get the best range from your chosen BB weight.
Build and handling
The revolver is built from high-density polymer with a rubberised pistol grip, which keeps it light and comfortable to hold. Light-enhancing open sights help with quick target acquisition, and there are 20mm rails on top and underneath, so you can fit a red dot, laser, torch or even a small foregrip. A hammer-mounted safety shows a white dot for safe and a red dot for fire, so you can check its status at a glance. The layout is set up for right-handed shooters.

Compatibility
The H8R uses standard unthreaded 12g CO2 capsules. Extra H8R disk magazines let you reload quickly; make sure any spares are listed for the H8R. The 20mm rails accept standard rail-mount optics, lasers and lights. Use good quality seamless 6mm BBs; 0.25g BBs are a good match.
Care and maintenance
Put a drop of CO2-safe oil on the tip of each new capsule before fitting it; this keeps the piercing seal in good condition. Do not leave a capsule in the revolver for long periods, as it puts constant pressure on the seals. Keep the disk magazines clean, clean the inner barrel periodically and wipe the revolver down after outdoor use.
