Gate TITAN V2 NGRS Installation Kit
This is GATE’s installation kit for fitting a TITAN drop-in control unit into a Tokyo Marui Next Generation V2 (NGRS) gearbox. It provides the fitting parts that go alongside the TITAN module when it is installed, rather than the electronic unit itself, so it is the part to order when you are moving a TITAN to another rifle with the same type of gearbox, replacing parts lost or damaged during a strip-down, or completing a second-hand TITAN that came without its kit.
Tokyo Marui’s Next Generation Recoil Shock rifles use their own version of the V2 gearbox, and GATE produces a dedicated NGRS TITAN and fitting kit to suit it. If you run an NGRS TITAN in a Next Gen rifle, this is the kit that matches it.
Why you might need it
A TITAN unit can be moved between rifles, which is one of its strengths: if you change your main gun, the control unit can go with you. The original fitting parts often stay behind in the old gearbox, or get lost or worn along the way, and a fresh installation kit means the unit goes into its new home properly. Fitting
Installation means opening the gearbox, removing the original trigger assembly and fitting the TITAN with the parts from this kit, following GATE’s installation manual for the Next Generation V2 gearbox. GATE publishes manuals and videos for each version, and it is worth watching them before you start so you know the order of assembly. If you have not worked inside a gearbox before, a technician can do the job quickly and check the shimming and spring at the same time.

Compatibility
This kit is for the V2 gearbox used in Tokyo Marui Next Generation Recoil Shock rifles, which differs from a standard V2 and has its own TITAN version. Make sure the kit matches both your gearbox and your TITAN version. The kit is for use with a GATE TITAN module; it will not turn a standard trigger assembly into a TITAN on its own.
Care and maintenance
Keep the parts in their bag until you are ready to fit them, as small components are easy to lose on a workbench. Work on a clean, well-lit surface with a magnetic tray for screws. When you close the gearbox, check that no wires are pinched between the shells and that the trigger moves freely before you connect a battery.
