The G&G GPM92 GP2 is a gas blowback pistol based on the classic 92-pattern service pistol, here in black, model GAS-M92-GP2-BBB-ECM. G&G Armament is best known for its AEGs, and the GPM92 brought the company’s attention to detail to one of the most popular pistol designs in airsoft, with metal construction and an updated valve design.
The 92 pattern has been a favourite sidearm for decades thanks to its comfortable grip, natural pointing and smooth controls. The GP2 version takes that familiar platform and gives it G&G’s own styling, making it a good choice for players who want a dependable, full-size gas pistol with a solid, weighty feel.

Gas system
The pistol runs on green gas. G&G designed the magazine with an advanced safety release valve and a whirl cylinder valve, intended to be more resilient and to help protect the magazine from over-pressure. Each shot cycles the slide for a satisfying recoil.
As with all gas pistols, performance is best in mild weather. In cold conditions, keep spare magazines warm in an inside pocket and allow time between fills.
Getting started
Fill the magazine with green gas in short bursts with the can upright, let it settle for a moment, load BBs and fire a few test shots at a safe backstop to get a feel for the trigger and sights before your first game.

Compatibility
Use G&G GPM92 gas magazines. Magazines from other makers’ 92-pattern gas pistols may not fit or seal correctly, so check before buying spares. Most holsters made for 92-pattern pistols will suit the GPM92, but fit varies with accessories such as compensators or lights. Use good-quality 6mm BBs.
Care and maintenance
Put a drop of silicone oil on the magazine’s fill valve and seals every few fills, and store magazines with a little gas in them so the seals stay tight. Do not overfill, and let magazines warm up to room temperature in cold weather rather than heating them.
Wipe the moving parts and the outer barrel with a thin film of silicone oil now and then, clean the inner barrel with a rod and patch, and use good quality seamless BBs. Never use petroleum-based oils on the seals.
