This is a replacement knocker for the Jag Precision x Taran Tactical International Licensed JW3 gas blowback pistol. The knocker is a small but essential part of the firing system, and a worn or damaged one can stop your pistol firing reliably.
The Jag Precision x Taran Tactical International Licensed JW3 is a licensed gas blowback replica of the JW3 Combat Master, the 2011-style competition pistol made famous by the John Wick films. It runs on green gas, uses a 30-round gas magazine and has a full metal build with a metal slide, frame and sights.
What the knocker does
In a gas blowback pistol, when you pull the trigger the hammer falls and strikes the knocker. The knocker then hits the magazine’s release valve, letting out the burst of gas that fires the BB and cycles the slide. Because it is struck on every single shot, it is a common wear part on well-used pistols.
Signs it needs replacing
If your JW3 is giving weak or inconsistent shots, failing to fire even with a full magazine, or the hammer falls without releasing gas, the knocker may be worn, chipped or sticking. Replacing it with the correct part restores clean, consistent valve strikes.

Care and maintenance
When fitting, make sure the knocker moves freely without binding and that its return spring, if present, is seated correctly. Keep the area around the knocker and hammer clean, and lubricate moving parts sparingly with silicone oil. Always use good quality gas and keep your magazines in good condition, as leaking valves put extra strain on the firing system.
