This is an officially licensed Jag Precision x Taran Tactical International magazine catch with an extended push button, made for the licensed JW3 airsoft pistol. The JW3 Combat Master is the competition-style pistol associated with Taran Tactical, and the licensed airsoft gas blowback version is built on the Hi-Capa/2011 platform.
The magazine catch holds the magazine in the grip and releases it when you press the button. An extended button sits further out from the frame, so it is easier to find and press quickly, which speeds up reloads in games and practical shooting.
