Description
King Arms M1A1 Paratrooper Blowback Rifle (Real Wood – Co2 – KA-AG-126)
The King Arms M1A1 Paratrooper (KA-AG-126) is a CO2-powered blowback airsoft rifle with real wood furniture, styled on the folding-stock M1A1 carbine issued to American airborne troops in the Second World War. The folding stock and wooden pistol grip give it one of the most distinctive outlines of any classic rifle.
King Arms is known for authentic replicas of historic firearms, and its M1 Carbine family is one of the best-known in airsoft. The Paratrooper suits WWII re-enactors, airborne-themed loadouts, collectors and anyone who wants a compact, characterful classic rifle.
Build and design
The M1A1 Paratrooper’s side-folding stock lets the rifle fold down for carrying and unfold for a stable shoulder hold. Our listings for related King Arms M1A1 carbines describe real wood furniture with a folding, reinforced steel stock and an aluminium bolt, and full metal construction on the CO2 beech-wood M1A1. Please check the product photos for the exact finish of this model.
Real wood furniture has its own grain, so no two rifles look quite the same, and it gives the rifle an authentic, warm feel.
Power and performance
As named, this version runs on CO2 with blowback. Our listing for King Arms’ CO2 M1A1 carbine describes a 12g CO2 capsule in the magazine, semi-automatic fire, an adjustable hop-up and a 15-round magazine. CO2 gives a punchy, consistent shot in mild weather, and blowback adds the satisfying movement of the bolt on every shot.
The low, realistic magazine capacity rewards careful, aimed shots, so carry a few spare magazines for longer games.
Getting started
Read the manual before first use. Load BBs into the magazine, fit a fresh CO2 capsule as instructed and tighten it only as far as the manual says. Unfold and lock the stock, then test-fire at a safe backstop, starting with the hop-up off and adding a little at a time until BBs fly flat. Remove the CO2 capsule when you have finished.
On the field
Compact with the stock folded and quick to shoulder with it open, the Paratrooper is a great rifle for re-enactments and skirmishes alike. Check your site’s rules on CO2 replicas and minimum engagement distances, and have the rifle chronographed before play.

Care and maintenance
Remove the CO2 capsule after use so the seals are not left under pressure, and put a drop of silicone oil on the tip of each new capsule. Keep magazines clean and free from grit.
Real wood furniture benefits from an occasional wipe with a suitable wood oil or wax, and should be dried off after wet games. Lightly lubricate the bolt and the folding stock hinge with a suitable product, and store the rifle unloaded somewhere cool and dry.
