Description
KWA M1911 MKII PTP Gas Blowback Pistol (Full Metal – NS2 – Tan – 101-00322)
The KWA M1911 MKII PTP is a full metal gas blowback version of the famous 1911, updated with the features modern shooters look for. This tan model, code 101-00322, combines a classic design with a railed frame, beavertail grip safety and ambidextrous controls, and runs on KWA’s NS2 gas system for a strong, realistic recoil.
KWA is a Taiwanese manufacturer with a long-standing reputation for well-made gas blowback pistols and rifles, and its pistols are widely used by players who want something sturdy that will keep working season after season. This one is part of KWA’s full metal NS2 line.
Design and features
The MKII is KWA’s modernised take on the 1911. It keeps the classic single-stack shape but adds a railed frame for a weapon light or laser, a functional beavertail grip safety and an ambidextrous thumb safety, so it works equally well for left- and right-handed shooters. The skeletonised hammer and trigger, front and rear slide serrations and an extended magazine well give it the look and feel of a modern competition or duty 1911.
The combat sights have high-visibility dots on the rear, which help you pick up the sight picture quickly, and an adjustable trigger stop lets you fine-tune how far the trigger travels after the shot breaks.
Finish
The tan finish makes this MKII a natural match for coyote, desert and multi-terrain loadouts, and it stands out from the sea of black pistols at most sites. Tan is also a practical choice if you want your sidearm to blend in with tan holsters and gear.
NS2 and the PTP range
NS2 is KWA’s own internal gas delivery system, built around a lightweight composite gas piston. It is the system KWA uses across its PTP pistols, and it is a large part of why they have a reputation for a solid, dependable blowback action.
The PTP name stands for Professional Training Pistol. KWA builds these models to be field-stripped like the real thing and to handle and operate realistically, which is why they are popular with players who also want a pistol for drills and practice.
Getting started
Charge the magazine with gas in short, steady bursts and let it rest briefly before shooting. Test-fire at a safe target and set the hop-up from zero, adding a little at a time until the BB’s flight is straight and level.
Practise reloads at home so they feel natural, and have the replica chronographed at the site before your first game.

Compatibility
Accepts KWA magazines made for its M1911 series; magazines from other makers’ 1911s are not always interchangeable, so ask us before buying spares. The frame rail takes compact pistol lights and lasers with a Picatinny or 20mm mount. Holster fit depends on the rail, so choose a holster made for a railed 1911.
Use only gas made for airsoft guns, and follow the gas recommendation in KWA’s manual; KWA’s guidance warns against some higher-pressure gases and propane, which can damage the seals and parts. Use good quality seamless 6mm BBs; KWA recommends 0.20g or heavier.
Care and maintenance
Keep a little gas in the magazines when you store them and lubricate the seals with silicone oil from time to time. Fill in short bursts until gas just starts to spit back, and keep magazines at room temperature for the best performance.
After use, check the moving parts for dirt and wipe them with a light coat of silicone oil. Clean the inner barrel occasionally, use clean seamless BBs, and keep the replica dry.
Who is it for?
Ideal for players running tan or desert loadouts who want a dependable, full metal sidearm with modern features that handles and strips like the real thing.
Please note: Gas and BBs are not included. Always wear suitable eye and face protection, and check your site’s rules and power limits before play.
