This Nine Ball Power Barrel is a 6.00mm tight bore inner barrel, 85mm long, for the Umarex G19 and G19X gas blowback pistols. It replaces the factory inner barrel with a precision part from LayLax’s Nine Ball pistol range.
The licensed Umarex Glock pistols, made by VFC, are popular sidearms, and a quality inner barrel is one of the simplest ways to tighten up their shooting. A retailer describes this barrel as a high-precision power-up barrel made in Japan, intended to improve accuracy.
How a Power Barrel works
LayLax explains that its Power Barrels use a very tight 6.00mm bore to reduce the space around the BB. Less gas escapes past the BB, so more of each shot’s energy goes into pushing it. A smooth, consistent bore also helps the BB leave the muzzle cleanly, which supports consistent grouping.
LayLax also warns that a bore this tight needs high-grade BBs and a clean barrel to avoid jams. Because a Power Barrel can change a pistol’s output, have it chronographed at your site after fitting and before play.
Fitting
Field strip the pistol and remove the barrel assembly, then transfer the hop-up rubber and other parts from the original inner barrel to the new one. Check that the rubber is seated evenly before reassembling, and test fire at a safe backstop before your next game.

Compatibility
This barrel is listed for the Umarex G19 and G19X gas blowback pistols. It is not made for Tokyo Marui Glocks or other brands, which use different barrel lengths and hop-up units. Please check your pistol’s model before ordering, or contact us.
Care and maintenance
Clean the barrel regularly with a rod and dry patch, as a 6.00mm bore is less forgiving of dirt and debris. Use only high-grade, clean, seamless BBs, keep oil off the hop-up rubber, and put a drop of silicone oil on magazine seals every few fills.
