Description
Ringers Micro Method Mix 2kg
Ringers Micro Method Mix is a groundbait heavily loaded with micro pellets, designed for Method feeder fishing on modern commercial fisheries. It moulds easily around the feeder, holds together on the cast, then breaks down on the bottom to leave a tight patch of attractive feed right beside your hookbait.
Because it combines groundbait and pellets in one mix, it saves you from having to prepare and blend them separately. That makes it a convenient, single-bag solution for Method fishing, and the 2kg bag gives you enough for a full session or several shorter ones.
Mixing it
Follow the instructions on the bag. As a general guide, add water a little at a time and mix well, then leave it to soak in before checking the consistency. You want a mix that squeezes together firmly around the Method feeder and stays on through the cast, but still breaks down once it settles on the bottom.
Using it on the bank
Load the Method feeder using a mould for a neat, consistent shape, with your hookbait pressed into the mix or just outside it. Cast to the same spot every time, using a far-bank marker and clipping up your line, so you build a concentrated area of feed. Recast regularly at the start of a session to get feed down, then settle into a rhythm. If bites slow down, try changing the size of the feeder or the hookbait before changing the mix.
