Description
Rossi AK74u GROM MOD.1 Compact Tactical Airsoft AEG Rifle (Black)
The Rossi AK74u GROM MOD.1 is a compact, tactical take on the AK74u, finished in black. It is an electric airsoft rifle (AEG) that combines the short, punchy shape of the AKS-74U, one of the most recognisable compact rifles ever made, with modern tactical styling, as its name suggests.
Rossi’s airsoft range covers M4-pattern rifles such as the Neptune and Sentinel families as well as AK-pattern models like the GROM. A tan version of the GROM MOD.1 is also listed in our range.
Compatibility
AK-pattern AEGs generally take AK-style magazines, but fit varies between makers, so please ask us which magazines suit this rifle before buying spares, and test any new magazine before relying on it in a game. Check the battery type, connector and available space before buying a battery. Use good quality seamless 6mm BBs.
Care and maintenance
Disconnect and remove the battery after every game, and never store the rifle with the battery plugged in. Charge LiPo batteries with a suitable balance charger, never leave them charging unattended, and store them at a sensible storage charge in a LiPo-safe bag.
Use good quality seamless 6mm BBs, as poor or damaged BBs are the main cause of jams and hop-up wear. Clean the inner barrel regularly with a cleaning rod and a soft cloth, wipe the rifle down after wet or muddy games, and keep it somewhere dry between games.
Who is it for?
The GROM MOD.1 in black suits players who want a compact, characterful AK for CQB and fast-moving games, and collectors of AK-pattern replicas.
Please note: We have not confirmed whether a battery or charger is included, so please check with us. Always wear suitable eye and face protection when using airsoft replicas, and check your site’s rules and power limits before play.
