Description
Secutor Corvus III Carbine Kit with Gladius MAGNA CO2 Blowback Pistol (Dual Tone Tan Slide & Black Kit)
This set combines two things in one box: the Secutor Gladius MAGNA CO2 blowback pistol and the Secutor Corvus III carbine kit. Used on its own, the Gladius MAGNA is a CO2-powered sidearm; fitted into the Corvus III kit, it becomes a more stable carbine-style setup with a stock and extended body. This version has a dual-tone look, with a tan slide on the pistol and a black carbine kit.
Secutor makes gas pistols and related accessories, and this kind of pistol-and-kit pairing appeals to players who like one platform that can fill two roles. Run it as a carbine for more steady, accurate shooting, then take the pistol out when you want something light and compact.
Pistol and carbine in one
Carbine conversion kits work by housing the pistol inside a larger chassis, giving you a shoulder stock, a more stable hold and usually rail space for an optic or other accessories. The extra points of contact make it easier to shoot accurately than a pistol held at arm’s length, which is useful at medium distances or for players who find pistols hard to shoot well. Check the product images for the exact rail and stock arrangement of the Corvus III.
CO2 power
The Gladius MAGNA runs on CO2, which gives a crisp, consistent shot and is far less affected by cold weather than green gas. That makes this set a dependable choice for year-round outdoor games in the UK. The blowback slide cycles with each shot, giving felt recoil that makes shooting more engaging.
Fitting the pistol into the kit
Always unload the pistol and remove the magazine before fitting it into the kit or taking it out. Follow the instructions supplied, make sure the pistol is seated and locked in correctly, and check the controls work as expected before loading. Practise the change at home before using it at a game.
On the field
In carbine form, the set is well suited to CQB and woodland games at short to medium range, where a stock and a steadier hold help you place shots accurately. Swap back to the pistol when you want to travel light, or carry it as a backup alongside a different primary. Either way, a few filled magazines in pouches will keep you in the game for longer.

Care and maintenance
Put a drop of silicone oil on the tip of each new CO2 capsule to help preserve the seals, and do not leave a capsule in the magazine for long periods. Keep the slide rails lightly lubricated, clean the inner barrel regularly and use quality seamless BBs. Clean dirt from the carbine kit after games, and store the pistol and kit somewhere dry.
