Description
ST SVT-40 AEG Airsoft Rifle Real Wood
The S&T SVT-40 is an electric airsoft replica of the Soviet Tokarev SVT-40 semi-automatic rifle of the Second World War, built with a real wood stock and metal parts. It is a long, elegant rifle that suits WWII games, re-enactment and players who enjoy a semi-auto designated marksman role.
S&T is known for historical replicas in wood and metal, and the SVT-40 is one of the more distinctive rifles in its range, with a vented upper handguard, muzzle brake and mock cleaning rod that recreate the look of the original.
What’s in the box
- S&T SVT-40 AEG
- Approx. 80-round mid-cap magazine (per retailers)
- A UK retailer also lists a speed loader; please check the product photos or contact us to confirm
Compatibility
Use S&T SVT-40 AEG magazines. A UK retailer recommends an 11.1V LiPo in a stick configuration with a Deans connector. The barrel is not threaded, so muzzle devices cannot be fitted.
Care and maintenance
Disconnect and remove the battery after every game, and never store the rifle with the battery plugged in. Charge batteries with a suitable charger, never leave them charging unattended, and store them at a sensible storage charge somewhere cool and dry.
Use good quality seamless 6mm BBs, as poor or damaged BBs are the main cause of jams and hop-up wear. Clean the inner barrel regularly with a cleaning rod and a soft cloth, wipe the outside down after wet or muddy games, and keep the rifle somewhere dry between games.
Real wood furniture needs a little care: wipe it dry after wet games, keep it away from radiators and direct heat, and treat it occasionally with a light coat of a suitable wood oil or wax to keep the finish looking good.
Who is it for?
The SVT-40 suits WWII and re-enactment players, collectors of historical rifles, and anyone who enjoys a long, accurate semi-auto in a marksman role.
Please note: Battery and charger are not listed as included. Always wear suitable eye and face protection when using airsoft replicas, and check your site’s rules and power limits before play.
