Swiss Arms Silicone Lubricant Maintenance CO2 capsules are 12g CO2 capsules that contain a small dose of silicone lubricant. When one is pierced in your pistol or rifle, the oil is carried through the gas path with the CO2, lubricating the piercing seal, valves and O-rings as you shoot. This pack contains five capsules.
Seals are what keep a CO2 replica working. If they dry out, they shrink and harden, and gas starts to leak. Using a maintenance capsule every so often is one of the easiest ways to keep your CO2 replica in good condition and avoid costly repairs.
How to use them
Use a maintenance capsule in place of a standard capsule from time to time, for example every few capsules during regular use or before storing a replica for a long period. Fit it exactly as you would a normal 12g capsule and fire through it as usual, so the oil works its way through the system.
They are especially useful for replicas that are used heavily, those that have been stored for a while, and CO2 pistols that have started to leak slightly when first pierced.

Compatibility
Suitable for airsoft and air pistols and rifles that use standard 12g CO2 capsules. They are not for replicas that run on larger 88g or 90g cylinders or on green gas. If your replica’s manufacturer advises against lubricated capsules, follow its instructions.
Care and storage
Store capsules in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources, and never leave them in a hot car. Do not attempt to puncture or heat a capsule outside of a replica. Keep them out of the reach of children. Dispose of empty capsules responsibly; empty steel capsules can usually go in metal recycling.
