T&D 14mm female CCW to 14mm Male CW
This T&D thread adapter has a 14mm counter-clockwise (CCW) female thread on one side and a 14mm clockwise (CW) male thread on the other. Most airsoft muzzles are 14mm CCW, but some silencers, flash hiders and tracer units, especially those made to suit replicas with CW threads, need a 14mm CW thread instead. This adapter bridges the gap.

How it works
The female 14mm CCW side screws onto a standard 14mm CCW muzzle thread, as found on most M4 and many other AEGs. The male 14mm CW side then accepts a muzzle device with a 14mm CW female thread. Remember that CCW threads tighten anti-clockwise and CW threads tighten clockwise, so the two ends of the adapter tighten in opposite directions.
Because the two threads tighten in opposite directions, it is worth taking a little extra care when you remove the accessory, so you do not unscrew the adapter from the muzzle instead. Hold the adapter while you turn the accessory.
Typical uses
Fitting a CW-threaded silencer or tracer to a CCW rifle, running a flash hider designed for a CW replica on a CCW gun, or swapping one accessory between rifles with different threads. Check the overall length after fitting, as an adapter adds a little to the muzzle.

Compatibility
Fits any muzzle with a 14mm CCW male thread and accepts muzzle devices with a 14mm CW female thread. Check the threads on both your rifle and your accessory before ordering, and make sure anything fitted sits straight and leaves the BB path clear.
Care and maintenance
Keep both threads clean and free from grit. Do not over-tighten either side, and check everything is tight before each game, as vibration can loosen threaded parts. A wrap of thread tape on the muzzle thread can help stop the adapter turning when you remove the accessory.
Wipe off mud and moisture after games and store the rifle dry.
