Description
Tectonic Innovations Quake 8 Way Grenade (Silver)
This is the silver version of the Tectonic Innovations Quake 8 Way, a reusable airsoft impact grenade. It goes off with a sharp report as soon as any part of it strikes a surface, and the eight-way base lets you throw it eight times before reloading.
Tectonic Innovations’ reusable grenades are popular with players who want reliable, repeatable grenades for room clearing without buying single-use pyro every game. The Quake’s steel and aluminium construction is designed for exactly that kind of hard use.
How it works
Each throw sets off one primer. On impact, the stainless steel plunger at the top of the grenade is pushed onto a firing pin, which strikes the primer sitting in the base and makes the bang. It works from any angle, so it does not matter how it lands.
The aluminium base has eight primer positions. Twist it on by one position after each use and it is ready again, so you get eight throws before needing to reload. To reload, unscrew the base, take out the spent primers, fit new ones and screw it back together.
Build and materials
The Quake 8 Way is made from stainless steel and aircraft-grade aluminium, so it is strong enough to be thrown onto concrete, wooden floors and hard ground again and again. At around 40 x 40 x 125mm it is compact enough to carry in a grenade or utility pouch on your rig.
The silver finish gives the Quake a clean, bright metallic look, and it is easier to spot on dark floors and leaf litter than darker colours.

Compatibility
The Quake 8 Way uses .209 (6mm) primers. Primers are not listed as included, so make sure you have a supply before your game day. Check your site’s rules on pyrotechnics and impact grenades before use: many sites allow them, but some limit their use indoors or set minimum throwing distances.
Care and maintenance
After a game, remove the spent primers and check the base and firing pin for dirt or residue. Wipe the grenade clean and dry, especially after wet or muddy games, keep the threads of the base clean so it screws on smoothly, and store it unloaded.
Store primers separately in their original packaging, somewhere cool and dry. Treat a loaded grenade with care, as it is designed to go off when it hits a hard surface.
Who is it for?
Players who use grenades every game and want a strong, reusable impact grenade in a bright silver finish that is easy to find after a throw.
Please note: Always wear full-seal eye protection when using grenades, and follow your site’s rules on pyrotechnics and primers.
