This repair kit from Tag Innovations (TAGinn), code RK36, is the O-ring service kit for the TAG-ML36 stand-alone launcher system, TAGinn’s Madritsch launcher. It contains replacement seals so you can restore the launcher’s sealing points when they wear out or are damaged, keeping gas where it should be and launches consistent.
The TAG-ML36 is a pneumatic launcher that fires TAGinn’s projectile rounds from a rifled barrel, and like every gas-powered system it depends on its seals. O-rings flex every time the launcher is charged and fired, and they can be cut by grit, dried out in storage or damaged during cleaning. A kit like this keeps a valuable launcher in service and is worth carrying in your kit bag on game days.
When to use it
Look out for gas escaping as you fit a CO2 cartridge, hissing when the launcher is at rest, or launches that fall short or vary from shot to shot. Before replacing parts, clean and inspect the existing seals and check that every fitting is properly tightened, as dirt and loose fittings cause many leaks.
When a seal does need replacing, work on a clean, well-lit surface, keep track of where each O-ring came from and replace like with like. A light coat of silicone oil on each new O-ring helps it seat without pinching.
Fitting
Always make sure the launcher is completely free of gas, with any CO2 cartridge removed, before starting work. Use a plastic pick rather than a metal tool to lift old seals out of their grooves. If you are not confident working on a gas launcher, ask an experienced technician to fit the kit.

Care and maintenance
Store spare O-rings in their bag, away from sunlight, heat and solvents, so they stay supple. Keep the ML36 stored without a CO2 cartridge fitted, clean the barrel and casings after each game and keep the seals lightly lubricated with silicone oil. Never use petroleum-based oils on seals.
