Description
HFC 109 Spring Pistol with Silencer (HA-124B)
The HFC 109 Spring Pistol (HA-124B) is a manually cocked spring pistol supplied with a silencer, as the name states. HFC is a long-running maker of budget-friendly airsoft pistols and rifles, and its spring pistols are a popular way to start in the hobby without needing gas or batteries.
With the silencer fitted it has a longer, tactical look. It is a simple, low-cost pistol for target practice, back-garden plinking with a suitable BB trap, or as a cheap backup gun.
How it works
A spring pistol is cocked by hand before every shot (the manual shows how for this model), which compresses a spring and loads a BB. When you pull the trigger, the spring drives a piston forward and the air it pushes fires the BB. You cock it again before each shot.
There is nothing to refill and no battery to charge, so it is always ready to go, and running costs are just the BBs.
Handling
Cocking before every shot encourages a calm, measured style of shooting, which is ideal for learning safe handling and accurate aiming. Fit the silencer for the full tactical look, or remove it for a shorter pistol that is easier to holster.
Its simple manual operation makes it easy for newer and younger shooters to learn on under supervision.
Getting started
Read the manual first so you know how the safety works. Load BBs, cock the pistol as the manual shows and fire a few shots at a safe backstop. If the pistol has an adjustable hop-up, set it a little at a time until the BBs fly level.
Spring pistols are ideal for practising in the garden or at an indoor range with a suitable BB trap. Always wear eye protection, even when target shooting.

Compatibility
Use magazines listed for this HFC model when buying spares. Use quality 6mm airsoft BBs; very heavy BBs are not usually suited to spring pistols.
The silencer is made for this pistol; check the thread before fitting other muzzle devices.
Care and maintenance
Keep the pistol clean and dry, and wipe it with a lightly oiled cloth after use. Clean the inner barrel occasionally with a rod and patch.
Do not store a spring pistol cocked, as this tires the spring. Never dry-fire it repeatedly without BBs, and use clean BBs to avoid jams.
Who is it for?
The HFC 109 suits beginners, younger target shooters under supervision, and anyone wanting an inexpensive, no-fuss spring pistol with a silencer.
Please note: BBs are not mentioned as included. Always wear suitable eye protection when using any airsoft replica.
