Description
CYMA M18A1 Airsoft Claymore Land Mine
This is a CYMA airsoft replica of the M18A1 Claymore, the curved, directional anti-personnel mine that has been in military service since the 1960s. Its shape, with the curved face and folding scissor legs, is instantly recognisable and makes it a popular piece of kit for scenario games, milsim events and themed loadouts.
CYMA is a large Chinese airsoft manufacturer best known for affordable AEGs. A claymore replica is a natural fit for objective-based games where teams set ambushes, defend a position or have to find and clear devices, and it adds plenty of atmosphere to a bunker or base set-up.
How it works
Airsoft claymores vary from inert props to devices that throw out a spread of BBs. A US retailer describes a CYMA M18A1 model as spring-powered, holding 100 BBs and supplied with a remote trigger device. We have not confirmed that this listing is the same version, so please check the product photos or contact us before ordering if you need a working device or a particular set of accessories.
Using it in games
How a claymore is used depends on your site. At many sites it is a game prop placed to cover a doorway or path, with a marshal or game rule deciding what happens when it is triggered. Where working devices are allowed, sites usually set rules on where they can be placed and how they are set off. Always check with your site before bringing one.
Design
The M18A1 shape has a curved front face, which on the original directed the blast forward, and folding legs that let it stand on the ground or be pushed into soft earth. On a replica these details make it look right on the field and in photos.

Compatibility
A standalone item that does not need to be matched to a replica. If your version fires BBs, use good quality 6mm BBs. Check your site’s rules on claymores and similar devices before use. We also list an ACM M18A1 claymore if you would like to compare.
Care and maintenance
Wipe the claymore clean after outdoor use and let it dry before storing, especially if it has been left on wet ground. Check the legs and any moving parts for damage.
If your version is spring-powered, do not store it cocked, and remove any BBs before packing it away. Store it somewhere cool and dry.
Who is it for?
It suits scenario and milsim players who want realistic props for ambushes and objectives, site owners building game scenarios, and collectors putting together a military-themed display.
Please note: How this version works and what comes with it are not confirmed in our listing; please check the photos or contact us. Always follow your site’s rules and wear suitable eye and face protection.
