Description
ACM Custom L96 with Mock Scope, Bipod and Silencer Spring Rifle (Blue – 929-2)
The ACM Custom L96 is a spring-powered airsoft rifle in blue, listed under ACM code 929-2, supplied with a mock scope, bipod and silencer, as named. Its styling follows the L96, the bolt-action sniper rifle design that is one of the most popular sniper shapes in airsoft.
Spring rifles need no gas and no battery, so they are ready whenever you are and cost almost nothing to run beyond BBs. That makes the ACM Custom L96 an affordable, eye-catching way into airsoft, a fun rifle for target practice, and a striking piece for anyone who enjoys a distinctive replica.
How a spring rifle works
A spring rifle is cocked by hand before every shot, compressing a spring behind a piston. Pulling the trigger releases the piston, and the air it drives forward sends the BB down the barrel. Please read the manual for this model’s exact cocking method before first use.
Because each shot is cocked individually, a spring rifle fires one shot at a time at a deliberate pace. Its performance does not change with the weather, unlike gas replicas, and the simple mechanism has very few parts to go wrong.
Mock scope, bipod and silencer
As named, the rifle comes with a mock scope, a bipod and a silencer. A mock scope is a decorative, non-magnifying scope, so it gives the rifle the full sniper look rather than adding magnification. The bipod lets you rest the rifle steadily when shooting from a bench or the ground, and the silencer lengthens the profile for a classic sniper-rifle appearance.
The blue finish makes the rifle clearly identifiable as a replica and gives it a bright, distinctive look. Please see the product photos for the exact shade and which parts are finished in blue.
Getting started
Load good-quality 6mm BBs as the manual describes, cock the rifle and fire a few shots at a safe target with a solid backstop that will stop BBs from bouncing back. Paper targets or a BB trap work well. Take your time, use a steady position and squeeze the trigger smoothly, and you will soon see your groups tighten.
Keep the rifle pointed in a safe direction at all times, keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to fire, and store it unloaded and uncocked when you have finished.

Compatibility
Use good-quality, seamless 6mm BBs; lighter BBs such as 0.12g or 0.20g generally suit low-powered spring replicas. Magazines and spare parts for budget spring rifles are usually specific to the model, so please check with us before buying anything that is not listed for the ACM Custom L96. The mock scope, bipod and silencer named in the title are supplied for this rifle.
Care and maintenance
Store the rifle uncocked so the spring is not left compressed, and avoid dry-firing it repeatedly without BBs, as the piston then strikes without resistance and wears more quickly. Keep it in a bag or box away from damp and direct sun.
Use only clean BBs, never reuse BBs that have been on the ground, and clear any jam carefully with the magazine removed. Wipe the rifle over with a soft cloth after use; avoid solvents and heavy oils, which can damage plastic parts.
Who is it for?
The ACM Custom L96 is for newcomers who want an affordable, eye-catching first rifle, for target practice at home with a safe backstop, and for anyone who likes a bright, distinctive replica.
Please note: Gas and batteries are not needed. BBs are not listed as included. Always wear suitable eye protection, and full-face protection for younger shooters, when using or testing any airsoft replica, and use it only under adult supervision where appropriate.
