Description
A&K STW (PTW) Complete Gearbox
This is a complete gearbox for the A&K STW, a PTW-style AEG. Listed as complete, it is intended as a full replacement unit rather than a bare shell.
A&K’s STW is a PTW-style AEG, following the layout of the Systema Professional Training Weapon (PTW), a platform known for its modular internals and crisp, electronically controlled trigger response. PTW-style rifles use their own internal design, so parts made for standard Version 2 M4 AEGs generally do not interchange with them.
Compatibility
For the A&K STW PTW-style platform. PTW-style parts vary between makes and versions, so check model compatibility and configuration before ordering. Motor and battery not listed as included.
Care and maintenance
PTW-style rifles reward careful maintenance. Keep the cylinder and piston clean and lightly lubricated as the manufacturer recommends, store the battery out of the rifle, and use good quality seamless BBs. Do not change several things at once; make one change, test, and then continue.
Who is it for?
This gearbox suits A&K STW owners repairing their rifle and players who want a complete spare.
Please note: Motor and battery are not listed as included. Confirm compatibility before ordering.
