Description
FMA AN-PEQ-16 Battery Case (Black) (TB966-BK)
The FMA AN-PEQ-16 Battery Case (TB966-BK) is a black, rail-mounted replica of the PEQ-16A illuminator housing, made to carry your AEG battery on the handguard. Polymer construction keeps it light, and engraved and embossed markings, mock buttons and switches, imitation IR and VIS lettering and a sticker set give it a convincing look on a modern carbine.
If your rifle is front-wired, or has a slim stock with no room for a battery, a PEQ-style case gives the battery a home on the rail while looking like a piece of issued equipment. The same case is also made in tan (TB966-DE); this black version suits black rifles and law enforcement or special forces style builds.
Battery storage
The case takes PEQ-size batteries, and an extension module is included to increase the internal space for larger packs. The front section is removable and opens with a small hex key, giving you access to the battery. A port on the underside and a removable rear piece let you route the battery lead neatly and keep it out of sight.
This is a dummy unit. The switches do not work, and the case does not produce light or a laser beam.
Mounting
A rail clamp on the underside fits 20mm RIS/RAS (Picatinny) rails and is tightened with a flathead screwdriver. At roughly 9cm long, 7cm wide and 2.5cm high, it sits comfortably on a top rail ahead of your optic or on a side rail, wherever the battery lead can reach your rifle’s wiring.

Compatibility
Mounts on standard 20mm RIS/RAS (Picatinny) rails. Designed for PEQ-size batteries, with the extension module making room for larger packs, but always compare your battery’s dimensions with the case before ordering. The rifle must be wired so the battery lead can reach the handguard.
Care and maintenance
Never leave a LiPo battery stored inside the case between games. Take it out, keep it at storage charge in a LiPo-safe bag and away from heat, and stop using any battery that is swollen, punctured or has damaged wires.
Check the battery lead where it leaves the case and enters the rifle for nicks or pinching, keep the case clean and dry, and make sure the rail mount is tight before every game.
Who is it for?
For AEG players with front-wired or stock-limited rifles who need somewhere to put the battery, and for anyone building a realistic modern carbine in black.
Please note: Battery not included. This is a dummy unit with no working light or laser. Always wear suitable eye protection when playing airsoft.
