Description
Lancer Tactical LT-35 Gen2 9mm Battle X PDW (Black)
The Lancer Tactical LT-35 Gen2 9mm Battle X PDW is a compact electric rifle styled on a modern 9mm AR-pattern personal defence weapon, here in black. It takes the familiar AR layout and shrinks it into a short, fast-handling package that is easy to manoeuvre through buildings, around barricades and in dense woodland.
Lancer Tactical’s Gen2 rifles have earned a strong following for offering solid internals at a sensible price. The LT-35 brings a steel-geared gearbox, a quick-change spring system, a brass inner barrel and an adjustable PDW stock together in a rifle that is light, compact and easy to live with, making it a fine first rifle and a quick-handling CQB option for experienced players.
Build and materials
The body is made from high-density fibre nylon with a polymer 9mm-style receiver, keeping the weight down so the rifle is comfortable to carry all day. Key parts such as the outer barrel, stock tube, magazine catch, fire selector and bolt catch are metal, giving strength where it matters. The 3-slot M-LOK polymer handguard has room for a torch, laser or grip, a 20mm Picatinny top rail accepts red dots and other optics, and a 14mm counter-clockwise thread at the muzzle takes a mock silencer or tracer unit.
Performance and internals
Inside is a metal gearbox shell with an 18:1 steel gear set, 8mm steel bushings and a 14-tooth steel piston, driven by a 23k long-axis motor. The quick-change spring system lets you swap the spring without stripping the gearbox, which is useful if you play at sites with different power limits. A 229mm, 6.03mm brass inner barrel and a Gen2 centre-wheel hop-up help deliver consistent shots, and low-resistance wiring helps the rifle make good use of your battery.
Handling
The adjustable, collapsible PDW-style stock keeps the rifle short when collapsed and extends to suit your build and kit, and it also houses the battery behind a hatch. The rifle fires in semi and full auto, and the AR-style controls are quick to learn. A T-Dean connector is fitted, and a T-Dean to mini Tamiya adapter is supplied if your battery uses a mini Tamiya plug.

Compatibility
The LT-35 is supplied with a 120-round mid-cap magazine. It is listed as compatible with ARP9 PTS-style and Classic Army X9 magazines, but not with G&G ARP9 magazines, so please check before buying spares. As the battery fits in the stock, use a compact stick-type battery that suits the hatch. The top rail takes standard Picatinny optics mounts, the handguard takes M-LOK accessories and the 14mm CCW thread accepts most airsoft mock silencers and tracer units.
Care and maintenance
Disconnect and remove the battery after every game, and never store the rifle with the battery plugged in. Charge batteries with a suitable charger, never leave them charging unattended, and store them at a sensible storage charge somewhere cool and dry.
Use good quality seamless 6mm BBs, as poor or damaged BBs are the main cause of jams and hop-up wear. Clean the inner barrel regularly with a cleaning rod and a soft cloth, wipe the outside down after wet or muddy games, and keep the rifle somewhere dry between games.
Before storing the rifle for a long period, fire a single shot on semi with no magazine fitted so the spring is not left under tension.
Who is it for?
The LT-35 Battle X PDW suits players who spend much of their time on CQB and urban sites and want a short, quick-handling primary, as well as new players looking for a well-specified first rifle. The black finish is the classic choice and suits almost any loadout.
Please note: Battery and charger are not included. Always wear suitable eye and face protection when using airsoft replicas, and check your site’s rules and power limits before play.
