Description
Maxx Model CNC Aluminium Advanced Magazine Release (Style B) (Blue)
This Style B Advanced Magazine Release from Maxx Model is machined from aluminium and anodised blue, making it a functional upgrade and an eye-catching custom detail at the same time. The larger, sharper-edged button is quicker to find and press than most standard releases, so magazine changes become faster and more reliable.
Maxx Model makes a range of precision CNC parts for airsoft replicas, and this release is one of the simplest ways to personalise a build. Blue works especially well alongside other coloured parts, such as a matching charging handle, trigger or selector, for players who like a distinctive look.
Faster, more positive reloads
Many stock magazine releases sit almost flush with the receiver, which can make them hard to locate in a hurry. The Style B design stands proud enough to be found by touch and gives a firm, defined surface to press, so the magazine drops on the first attempt even when you are wearing gloves.
Machined aluminium is also hard-wearing, so the button keeps its shape and edges after plenty of use.
Fitting
To fit it, hold the catch on the opposite side of the receiver, unscrew the existing button and screw the new one on to the same depth. Test a few magazines afterwards to make sure each one locks firmly and drops freely.

Compatibility
Maxx Model’s advanced magazine releases are made as replacements for the magazine release button on M4/AR-pattern replicas. Dimensions and threads can differ between brands, so check the product images and your replica’s model before ordering, and compare the fitting with your existing release button.
Care and maintenance
Check now and then that the button is still tight on its threaded shaft, as a loose release can let the magazine drop. A small amount of thread lock can help if it tends to work loose, but avoid getting it on the spring or catch. Wipe the anodised finish with a dry cloth after muddy games; avoid harsh solvents that can dull the colour.
Who is it for?
Ideal for players who want quicker reloads and like to add a bit of colour to a custom M4-style build.
Please note: Replica not included.
