Description
Ringers Mega Mix Groundbait 1kg
Ringers Mega Mix is a versatile, all-round groundbait made with finely ground fishmeal and added attractants. It is designed to draw fish into your swim and hold them there, and works for float, feeder and pole fishing alike.
Ringers groundbaits are a familiar sight on UK fisheries, and Mega Mix is built to be a dependable, do-it-all mix. If you want one groundbait in the bag that will cover most situations, this is a good place to start.
Mixing it
Add water gradually until you reach the consistency you need, mixing thoroughly so every particle is evenly dampened. Let it stand for a few minutes to absorb the water, then adjust. A firmer mix holds together for longer casts and for moulding around a Method feeder; a looser mix breaks up quickly to create a cloud and carpet of feed in shallower water.
Using it on the bank
Squeeze the mix around a Method feeder, pack it into an open-end or cage feeder, or ball it in by hand when pole or float fishing. Feeding little and often keeps fish interested without filling them up. Add pellets, corn or dead maggots to the mix if you want to give the fish something more substantial to graze on.
