Tag Innovations Repair Kit for “TAG-015” (RK015)
This is a repair kit from Tag Innovations (TAGinn) for the TAG-015 stand-alone launcher system, code RK015. It is an O-ring service kit: a set of replacement seals that lets you refresh the launcher’s sealing points when they wear, harden or get damaged, so that the launcher holds gas properly and fires consistently.
Seals are the parts of any gas-powered launcher that wear first. They are flexed every time the launcher is charged and fired, and they can be nicked by grit or dried out by long periods of storage. Keeping a repair kit in your kit bag means a small leak does not have to end your day, and regular seal changes keep a launcher working the way it did when it was new.
When to use it
Typical signs that seals need attention are gas leaking when the launcher is charged, a hissing sound at rest, weak or inconsistent launches, or gas escaping around a joint when you fire. Before replacing anything, check that the leak is not simply caused by dirt on a seal or a fitting that has not been tightened properly.
If you do need to replace seals, work on a clean bench with good light, keep track of where each part came from, and replace like for like. Lightly lubricate new O-rings with silicone oil before fitting them so they seat smoothly and are not pinched.
Fitting
Make sure the launcher is completely empty of gas before you start. A small plastic pick or a blunt tool is best for removing old O-rings, as metal tools can scratch the grooves they sit in. If you are not confident working on a gas launcher, ask an experienced technician to fit the kit for you.

Compatibility
Made for the TAGinn TAG-015 stand-alone launcher system only. It is not designed for the TAG-ML36 or other launchers, which have their own repair kits, so check your launcher model before ordering.
Care and maintenance
Keep unused O-rings in their bag, out of direct sunlight and away from heat and solvents, so they stay supple until needed. Store your launcher with no gas in it, and put a drop of silicone oil on the seals from time to time. Never use petroleum-based oils, which can make seals swell or perish.
