The Vorsk VP26X is a full metal gas blowback pistol based on the P226 service pistol, one of the most recognisable double-stack handguns ever made. This version is finished in silver, which gives it a bright, striking look that stands out from the usual black sidearms and makes it as appealing to collectors as it is to skirmishers.
Vorsk is the gas pistol brand from Nuprol, and the VP26X takes the classic P226 layout and adds a number of modern, practical touches. The metal construction gives it a solid, reassuring weight in the hand, and the gas blowback action cycles the slide on every shot for realistic recoil. If you like the familiar grip angle and full-size feel of a P226, the VP26X is a natural choice.
Build and materials
The VP26X is built with a full metal body and slide, paired with a moulded, stippled polymer grip that gives a secure hold even with gloves or wet hands. Vorsk has given it a reduced-weight slide with forward vent ports, which looks purposeful and helps the slide cycle crisply. A frame-mounted Breacher piece extends the front of the pistol and carries a full-length 20mm rail, so you can mount a torch or laser right up to the muzzle.
Other details include a decocking lever, as on the real pistol, and an extended, protective magazine baseplate that makes reloads easier and protects the magazine if it is dropped.
Performance and handling
As a gas blowback pistol, the VP26X uses gas from the magazine to fire each BB and drive the slide back, giving a noticeable kick and a satisfying shooting rhythm. The metal magazine holds 21 rounds, which is plenty for a sidearm. A CO2 spring is included in the box, which allows the pistol to be set up for CO2 magazines for players who want a stronger kick.
The threaded outer barrel accepts the supplied 12mm clockwise to 14mm counter-clockwise thread adaptor, so you can fit a 14mm CCW suppressor or tracer unit if you wish.

Compatibility
Takes Vorsk VP26X magazines; magazines for other P226-style replicas may not fit, so check before buying spares. The 20mm rail accepts standard pistol torches and lasers, and the supplied adaptor gives a 14mm CCW thread for suppressors and tracers. P226-pattern holsters are the best fit, though the Breacher and anything mounted on the rail may need a holster designed for a light-bearing pistol. Use good quality seamless 6mm BBs.
Care and maintenance
Oil the magazine valves and seals with a drop of silicone oil every few fills, do not overfill, and store the magazine with a little gas in it. Keep the slide rails lightly lubricated, wipe the finish down after use to keep the silver looking clean, and clean the inner barrel periodically. Avoid petroleum-based oils on seals.
