Use and setup
This spring is a component for the airsoft system identified in the product name. Selecting the correct spring is important because dimensions, end shape and intended function can differ between platforms, even when parts look similar at first glance.
Compare the model designation and any stated spring rating with the requirements of your replica. A rating on a spring is a selection reference, not a guarantee of a particular output: the assembled system and its other components affect the result. Check that the guide, piston and related parts suit the intended setup.
Care and checks
Have internal work carried out by someone familiar with the platform, and retain the original part for comparison. After fitting, check operation and test the replica before game use. Where the spring affects power, chronograph the completed setup using your site’s procedure. Inspect for binding or irregular movement rather than assuming a new part resolves every fault.
