Description
Double Eagle x Aeroknox M4 10.5″ AEG Rifle with Falcon EFCS (M916G – Tan)
This is the Double Eagle x Aeroknox M4 AEG with a 10.5-inch front end and the Falcon EFCS fire control system, model M916G, in tan. It brings together Double Eagle’s value-focused M4 platform and styling from Aeroknox, the American AR accessory company known for its slim handguards, and adds a programmable fire control unit that is usually an upgrade rather than a standard feature.
Double Eagle has built a reputation for well-equipped replicas at accessible prices, and the M916G follows that pattern: a polymer-bodied M4 that is light enough to carry all day, with a Version 2 gearbox, a quick-change spring and programmable electronics. The tan finish suits coyote and multi-terrain kit and gives the rifle a modern, desert-toned look.
Build and materials
A UK retailer listing for the M916G describes a high-density polymer handguard, pistol grip, stock and receiver, with an alloy outer barrel, flash hider and buffer tube and steel trim parts. The outer barrel carries a 14mm counter-clockwise thread, and the listing gives a length of about 72cm, rising to about 80cm with the stock extended, and a weight of approximately 2.12kg. A polymer body keeps the rifle light and comfortable on long game days, and it does not chill your hands the way metal does in winter.
The handguard has M-LOK slots for torches, grips and lasers, and the same listing includes two M-LOK cover panels to protect your hands and keep the front end tidy.
Falcon EFCS and internals
The Falcon EFCS (electronic fire control system) comes pre-installed. The retailer listing describes programmable 1 to 5 round burst, a binary trigger setting and wiring and battery protection, all programmed through trigger pulls, with safe, semi, full auto and programmable modes. The same listing notes that the EFCS works between 6V and 13V and does not support 7.4V LiPo or LiFe batteries, and recommends an 11.1V LiPo with a Deans connector.
Inside is a rear-wired Version 2 gearbox with a quick-change spring and a standard-type motor. A 290mm inner barrel and a rotary hop-up unit, adjusted behind the mock bolt when the charging handle is pulled back, complete the internals; the hop-up is listed as compatible with aftermarket AEG buckings and nubs.
Handling
The M4 layout is familiar and quick to learn, with the controls where you expect them. The adjustable stock lets you set the length of pull to suit your build and kit, and the compact front end handles well in buildings while still giving enough handguard for woodland use. A 300-round high-capacity magazine is supplied.

Compatibility
The M916G takes M4-pattern AEG magazines; we recommend testing any spare magazine before relying on it in a game. Use an 11.1V LiPo with a Deans connector that fits the battery space; the EFCS is listed as not supporting 7.4V LiPo or LiFe batteries. The rear-wired Version 2 gearbox accepts standard V2 upgrade parts, the M-LOK slots take standard M-LOK accessories and the 14mm CCW thread fits common airsoft muzzle devices.
Care and maintenance
Disconnect and remove the battery after every game, and never store the rifle with the battery plugged in. Charge batteries with a suitable charger, never leave them charging unattended, and store them at a sensible storage charge somewhere cool and dry.
Use good quality seamless 6mm BBs, as poor or damaged BBs are the main cause of jams and hop-up wear. Clean the inner barrel regularly with a cleaning rod and a soft cloth, wipe the outside down after wet or muddy games, and keep the rifle somewhere dry between games.
Check the EFCS manual before changing programmed settings, and if the rifle behaves unexpectedly, unplug the battery and reset it as the manual describes.
Who is it for?
The M916G suits players who want a light, modern M4 with programmable burst and binary modes straight out of the box, from newer players stepping up from a basic rifle to experienced players who want a capable platform without fitting an aftermarket MOSFET.
Please note: Battery and charger are not included. Always wear suitable eye and face protection when using airsoft replicas, and check your site’s rules and power limits before play.
